Meet Coach Rod
Coach Rod is a dedicated Strength and conditioning (S&C) coach, committed to maximizing athletic performance and preparing student-athletes to compete at the highest level. His training programs are rooted is sports science and designed to enhance strength, speed, endurance, and mental resilience.
His Methodology includes:
Performance Based Strength Training. Coach Rod utilizes progressive resistance techniques that target foundational and sport-specific movement patterns. Athletes train through compound lifts such as squats and bench press to develop total - body power, while incorporating dynamic movements such as box jumps and explosive pull variations to improve neuromuscular efficiency, coordination, and functional strength.
Conditioning for Endurance & Recovery. Training sessions integrate high-intensity interval work, tempo sprints, and aerobic circuits to boost cardiovascular capacity, enhance work capacity, and accelerate recovery between efforts-critical for sustained high performance. Coach Rod's approach bridges evidence-based training with athlete-centered coaching helping individuals push past limits and achieve competitive excellence.
Coach Rod is currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Human Performance: Strength Training and Conditioning. Following his Masters, Coach Rod will be working towards obtaining his certified Strength Conditioning Specialist Designation.



Meet Coach Nick
Coach Nick is the 7, and 8th grade head coach. Focuses on team building, and camaraderie.
As a coach, our responsibility is to bring out the best these student-athletes have to offer and not allow them to give up on themselves. We do our best to support them through their challenges.
As a native El Pasoan, I enjoy giving back to my community by pouring into the local talent and helping these student-athlete ,
This program can be very taxing on even some of our more experienced players, but our mission is to improve athletic performance of all ages and skill levels.

Meet Coach Rian
Coach Rian (REE_ON).
Coach Rian is from Reno Nevada. Point Guard
Played college basketball at Bethesda University a private Christian School in California. After college he played professionally in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL)
He is our high school coach and is actively involved with all of the other age groups. He teaches skills to help develop the student-athletes IQ of the game. As a former college and Professional athlete, he has a deep love for the game and is very passionate about working with student-athletes and helping them sharpen their skills. Learning the why and how of the game is what he tries to instill in his players.
The game is 90% mental, and the main objective is to instill a drive and a respect for hard work in a game he loves.
Sharing and helping them master these fundamentals with his players will intimately trans late to any aspect of their lives.



Meet Coach Theron
Coach Theron or, Coach 'T" is the youth basketball coach. Working with up-and-coming young new athletes in the game of basketball and developing key fundamental skills in the sport.
- Dribbling - Moving the ball across the court
- Shooting - Balance, shooting arc and follow- through
- Passing - Chest pass, bounce pass and overhead pass
- Defense - Positioning, footwork, blocking shot, ball stealing
- Rebounding - Gaining possession after a missed shot, properly securing the ball with two hands. looking for quick outlets to start the offense.
